Order documents

This module allows to add documents for signing related to the order. Every participant of the transaction can upload documents for signing. To upload the documents, click the "Add document for sign" button on the order's page:

and fill in the form. Select the users who have to sign this document in the "Select users to sign the document" section. Choose the sequence of users to sign the given document by dragging blocks. Indicate the number of days given for signing for every user: 

To view the document, click this button on the order's page:

There is a specific page on the dashboard containing all the documents. The filter will help to find the necessary document with ease:

To activate the document for signing, open the list of documents and click the "Activate the document" button:

After its activation, the document will become automatically available for signing and the sequence selected by the user will be followed.

After activation the user will not be able to edit or delete the document. It will be possible only to add new participants for signing this document. To do this, click the "Assign users to document" button:

To view the document signing process chronology, use the "Document timeline" button:

You are going to see the complete timeline on the selected document in the appeared pop-up window. You will have a possibility to download the document from each stage of its signing:

To sign a document the user has to download its latest version that is being signed. It should be signed physically and scanned in available formats (pdf, jpg, jpeg, png). Then the signed and scanned document can be uploaded with the help of the "Upload signed document" button:

After the signed document is uploaded, the document owner has to confirm the signature using the following button: 

If there are other users to sign the given document, the sequence of signing will be displayed automatically. The system is going to indicate and inform the next user for signing.
Otherwise, the document will receive the "Signed" status.
