At this stage the ordered goods are already received by the buyer.
If the buyer has any remarks to the freight, he/she can open up a dispute either on the order in general, or on a single item using the following buttons:
1.Open a dispute on the order
2. Open a dispute on a certain item

To complete the order, the buyer has to confirm it by clicking the "Order completed" button:
