The expressed collagen has a correct folding conformation and high water solubility, which makes the product has excellent ability in water-locking and its water  solubility is as high as 90g/L. The product has a specific amino acid sequence, which makes it have extremely high collagen stability. It can withstand the treatment under high temprature and be added into aseptic products.
